Message to HRM Pension Plan Members – COVID-19
The HRM Pension Plan Office continues to monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19 and its impact on our Plan. Our staff has started returning to work in the office and we are working towards our “new normal” incorporating COVID protections into the workplace. We anticipate opening by appointment to Plan members and external visitors sometime in early 2022. We recognize there are certain apprehensions to in-person meetings and suggest the following means of communicating with our office:
- For Plan related transactions and enquires we would ask that you email our general inbox firstname.lastname@example.org or call our general line at 902-490-6213. You could also use the ‘Let’s Talk’ option on our website to request a call back. This option can be found by clicking ‘Contact Us’ on the home page of our website (www.hrmpensionplan.ca).
- We continue to be available for phone appointments or a Microsoft Teams meeting to meet with Plan members.

Once our office is open, we would be happy to set up an in-person meeting with Plan members by appointment, although we encourage phone or online appointments for those that are able.
