Request for Recent Address Change
This message is for all active members of the HRM Pension Plan who have had a change in their mailing address within the past 12 months and have not yet notified the HRM Pension Plan office of this change.
If you have had a recent change in your mailing address and have not yet notified our office, please do so as soon as possible to ensure delivery of your 2022 Annual Pension Statement.
To update your address, we will require your name, employee number, date of birth, and your full mailing address. If you are updating your mailing address with the pension office, please send your request by email and also ensure you have notified your employer of this change.
