If you would like an estimate of your HRM Pension Plan entitlement, there are several options available to you.
Your Annual Statement
Each year while you are an active member of the Plan, you will receive a statement outlining your entitlement. Your annual statement will provide you with an estimate of your annual pension at various retirement dates based on a projection of your service and earnings.
You can access annual statements from prior years by logging on to your profile on the Pension Plan's Employee Self Service Website and clicking the 'Annual Statements' section along the top of the page. Please note that if you are a retired or terminated Plan member, you will not have access to the Employee Self Service Website.
If you would like to receive future annual statements (and all other HRM pension related communications) electroncially, fill out an Electronic Consent Form and return it to our office.
Online HRM Benefit Estimate Calculator
Log on to your profile on to your profile on the Pension Plan's Employee Self Service Website to access the ‘HRM Benefit Estimate’ retirement modelling tool.
This tool will allow you to generate retirement benefit estimates from the HRM Pension Plan and review different selected retirement dates and projected earnings scenarios.

Contact the HRM Pension Plan Office
If you are within two (2) years of retirement, our office is available to prepare retirement benefit estimate statements for you up to two (2) times per year at no cost.
To request an estimate, you can email our office at [email protected] with the following information, or contact us directly via phone or in-person.
- Your proposed retirement date(s)
- Your employee number
- Your date of birth
- The first 5 digits of your SIN
- Your spouse’s date of birth
- Your mailing address
